Amelia Island / Nassau County

Amelia Island is northeast of Jacksonville on the Atlantic Coast. Amelia Island features similar characteristics to St Augustine with its walkable downtown area and beaches. Amelia Island features some of our best travel destinations & resorts so the pedestrian traffic in the downtown shopping district will be made up of tourists and locals. Westward of the island in Nassau County, characteristically similar to suburban Clay County; there is development in and around Yulee and Callahan with lots of new construction and subdivisions coming up as our population grows!
