Northside

The Northside travels alongside I-95 North from Downtown all the way north to the Airport (slightly further and it will take you into Georgia). From Downtown going north will be a widely Industrial area and as you approach the airport you’ll find lots of new construction single-family homes in a widely under-developed landscape. There’s the Zoo, Historic Kingsley Plantation & River City Marketplace. River City Marketplace is the major retail outlet in the area with boutiques, restaurants, and big box retailers. You’ll find some of the best deals in this area with newer construction homes with a yard. One of the only compromises is the travel time to places such as Downtown (30 minutes), the Beach (45-60 minutes), and the Southside corporate offices (60 minutes).
